1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the phl9 website at phl9.net, its mobile applications, and all associated gaming services operated thereunder.
• "Company" refers to phl9 and its authorised operators, affiliates, and licensors.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the phl9 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created by a User upon completing the phl9 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their phl9 account using approved Philippine payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by phl9 under specific bonus offers, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the phl9 platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phl9 platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with phl9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this binding agreement.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the phl9 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an account if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction that is on phl9's list of restricted territories.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on phl9, you are required to complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the phl9 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related balances.

phl9 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any stage of the registration or KYC process, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, PRC ID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Real-money withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to phl9's satisfaction.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. phl9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phl9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or transfer your account to another individual under any circumstances. phl9 will treat any activity performed through your login credentials as activity conducted by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify phl9 immediately via the live chat support function or the official contact email. phl9 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon verified notification, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to such notification.

phl9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and supports two-factor authentication and biometric login on the mobile application. Players are strongly encouraged to enable all available security features on their accounts.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

phl9 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phl9 does not charge any fees on standard PHP deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your phl9 account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phl9 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts targeting GCash or Maya e-wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

phl9 offers various bonus promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before opting in.

The following general conditions apply to all phl9 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phl9 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios, including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and other licensed providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

All casino games on the phl9 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers operating under the supervision of the respective game provider's license and oversight framework.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phl9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or manipulate the platform in any way not sanctioned by phl9.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus offers or game mechanics.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction, in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your phl9 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that phl9 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other players or phl9 staff.

10 Responsible Gaming

phl9 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously as part of our obligations under the PAGCOR-supervised gaming framework.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phl9 platform — including but not limited to the phl9 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other proprietary content — is owned by or licensed to phl9 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phl9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phl9 content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

Any unauthorised use of phl9's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl9 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gaming sessions.

phl9's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phl9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors or defects in games, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Termination & Suspension

phl9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to phl9.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a problem gambler.

Upon account closure for cause, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after a compliance review, provided no fraud or terms violations are identified. phl9 will notify the player of the outcome of any such review within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts in good standing may do so by contacting phl9 customer support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phl9 platform.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the phl9 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through phl9's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team with full written details of your complaint. phl9 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phl9's internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory body for review. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding.

15 Amendments to These Terms

phl9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phl9 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of login.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.
